• Take out the mounting plate
• Confirm the place where machine has to be installed. (Note -Ideally it should be mounted in the centre of a wall)
• Fix the mounting piate with the fixtures provided with the machine.
• Hold the machine firmly & place the backside slot into the grove of mounting piate. (Note - Please confirm that horizontal movement of the machine is locked by the mounting plate)
• Plug in the mains cord into the socket provided on the top'of the machine.
• Switch on the mains switch.
• Switch on the two indicator switches. (UV / Blower)

Operating Instruction :
After switching on Steiiomaxx starts sucking the air from the left side through a dust filter at a speed of 300 m3/h. This air then passes through a powerful UV irradiation zone which kills & destroys all kinds of microorganisms present in that air. This sterile air then comes out from the front side of the machine.

The machine is designed for continuous operation. Both the Ultra Violet Tubes are provided with separate generators & operate through a single switch.

Never connect this machine on inverter generated output as it may destroy the electronic parts of UV. It requires only sine wave power input.

Important :
Do Not Use this machine on inverter. It may spoil the UV generator electronic components.

Working of Sterlomaxx UV55 :

Dust Filter 1 :

This is a 10 micron filter made of fiber material. The housing of the filter pad is made up of durable ABS material. This filter mainly traps dust particles of bigger size & stops them from entering the machine. It has a press fit upper cover. For ease in cleaning of the dust pad, pull out this cover from bottom. Take out the filter pad, remove all the dust & replace it & the cover by pressing.
Frequency of cleaning mainly depends on the usage & the air quality of the room. Please consult your nearest service provider for more details. Please ensure UV tubes are switched off during cleaning. Direct exposure to UV radiation in absence of a filter can be harmful for your eyes & skin.

Dust Filter 2 :

This is a 10 micron filter made of fiber material. The housing of the filter pad is metallic & is fitted with two screws. This filter is provided mainly to avoid direct UV exposure through the fan outlet.
For cleaning, open both the screws, pull it out, remove the filter pad, clean it &. replace it.

Ultraviolet Tubes :

The UVC range is extremely dangerous for microorganisms as it is absorbed by proteins, RNA and DNA and kills them. The UVC range is also called the germicidal range, since it is very effective in inactivating bacteria and viruses.
There are two Nos. of Germicidal Grade (253.4 nm) powerful 55 Watt UV tubes with separate generators. It destroys all kinds of bacteria & viruses almost instantly. This UV tubes has a rated life of 8000 burning hours, after which it should be replaced.
